[Ffmpeg-devel] Xvid rc problem

As Corey suggested, i come here to report the xvid rc problem.

Im a win32 user, and using mencoder that compiled with mingw 3.4.5,
all stuffs i uses are cvs version(mplayer, lavc/lavf/lavu).

Currently im tessting Corey's xvid rc patch,
and i found out that the xvid rc have problem with lavc options,
like *_masking options and qprd.
Either one will cause the mencoder ignored the vbitrate options,
and the bitrate will increase alot depending on source video resolution.

here are options im using with mencoder:
-nosound -o nul: -ovc lavc -lavcopts vcodec=mpeg4:autoaspect
:vpass=1:vb_strategy=1:vmax_b_frames=2:turbo:vb_qfactor=1.50
:vb_qoffset=1.00:vbitrate=600 -passlogfile "fmp4.txt"
