I was only referring to patches that, for example, try to smuggle in 
cosmetic changes as well as bug fixes.

It was originally written by David Hammerton (and adapted by me and, I 
think, Alex). I don't know if he is still active. I second matthieu's 
nomination, if he wants the task.
