DV25 can be either 420 or 411, depending on standard. IIRC, there is one
flavour of DV25 that always uses 420, whereas the other flavour uses 411
for NTSC and 420 for PAL (though possibly I have that the wrong way

I think you would need a somewhat more subtle and complex fix for the
