Didn't you test the samples in our collection?

They all seem to be working fine here, even though

http://samples.mplayerhq.hu/V-codecs/FPS1/v2/sample-01.avi

has stuttering sound.

I could also say that you sometimes write Huffman in lowercase and
sometimes capitalized, but I won't ;)
