[Ffmpeg-devel] FPS problem

Hi,
I found a problem while testing the FPS feature,
I want to transcode FLV files with unique FPS to other
size,
but I found that the result FLV files are not the same
FPS with the original one,
why this happened?
the command I used for transcoding is:

./ffmpeg -i testfps.flv -s 352x288 testfpsout.flv

can anyone help me?
