[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] do not modify avctx codec_tag

Hi

This patch adds 2 private fields in MpegEncContext to avoid altering
AVCodecContext->codec_tag. I did not modifiy VCR2 case in mpeg12.c cause
it seems that MPV_common_init is not called before the check, so
previous modification had no effect.

I don't really know samples which needed those checks, so... something
might be wrong.
