Theoretically it should be done on all packets in the lace. They are 
buffered before in the code. But since there's a whole list of packets 
in the buffer, not just the last one the patch would have to change more 
code.

BTW the sample I sent in the previous email plays all jerky in ffplay. 
Maybe a problem reordering packets in the AVC parser ?
