[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] libswscale.pc without --enable-swscaler

[j at v2v.cc]

right now libswscale.pc and libswscale-uninstalled.pc look the same  
with and without
enabling swscaler. but without --enable-swscaler, the swscaler api is  
provided by libavcodec.

attached is a patch that reflects this in the .pc files so it is  
possible to use sws_scale
with and without  --enable-swscaler by adding libswscale to  
PKG_CHECK_MODULES
