[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Sync docs with ffmpeg -h

Hi,

The attached patch should sync texinfo documentation with the current
ffmpeg -h output.

I'm not sure if I listed the correct bitstream filters for each category.

The AVOptions are not in sync, which one should be the way:
a) spread them in the current categories (Video, Advance Video, Audio, etc)
b) list them at the end, as ffmpeg -h does.
