Please find in attachment h264_idct8_add in Altivec.
It's the same as before, just without the macros that I haven't had
time to optimize (to take advantage of some mem alignment when doing
STORE_CLIP).

I think this patch is pretty clean in its current form, and it works,
and passes regression tests.
I'd like to apply it soon, it's been delayed for too long already (the
first patch was posted in October 8), even if it's not perfect.
