[Ffmpeg-devel] huffyuv no longer working

I've am using the Window compiled version of ffmpeg found here:
<http://ffdshow.faireal.net/mirror/ffmpeg/>
The Sep 29 version is now giving errors when reading my huffyuv encoded
avis that previous versions worked with. This is what ffmpeg is outputting:

Cannot get resampling context
The Sep 10 version was able to read huffyuv but the colours came out
wrong, suggesting it was getting the u and v channels mixed up.
Eariler versions I used worked well.
The files where originally captured with VirtualDub.
