[Ffmpeg-devel] Convert FLV to H.263

Hi,
I want to convert FLV to H.263 video,
The given FLV video contains the Sorenson H.263 video codec,
and It seems that the Sorenson H.263 is similar to Standard H.263 V1,
and I want to implement the converting under embedded platform( MIPS
64 bit, 300 M Hz with 128MB RAM),
is it possible?
I don't have so much idea about the transcoding,
can anyone help me?
