The handling of flags wasn't correct. I had interpreted 
it wrongly, and this caused all flags to be set.

I'm sending an updated patch (hopefully soon) with the following
two types handled correctly:
FF_OPT_TYPE_CONST
FF_OPT_TYPE_FLAGS
