Yes, I'm interested, it's my hobby.
You mean support for libmpcodecs/vf_*.c files, right?

So the work should be
1) read the DOCS/tech/libmpcodecs.txt,
2) add the new vf.h API to ffmpeg.c,
3) port the vf.c file,
4) and use the vf_*.c files as they are (or minimally modified).

Have I understood the task correctly?
