This has been discussed before, and "GPL-incompatible" is not a good
description. It's not clear whether the "advertising clause" texts in
the files are part of the license; if they aren't then they can be
removed and the license is GPL, if they are then the license is
contradictory rather than just GPL-incompatible and the files cannot be
legally distributed at all.
