Well, a couple of things.
Yes, that is exactly what line 430 contains here: for(i=0; i<512*16; i++){
I just checked out a fresh copy and recompiled, and am having the same
SIGFPE at the same location.
One error about what I said before, though.... when I replaced
mpegaudiodec.c with revision 6081, it would encode the file without error,
but I don't seem to be getting audio now... meaning the video displays
without audio. I just realized this.

what does line 430 contain at your side? here its
for(i=0; i<512*16; i++){
which i doubt is the cause of a SIGFPE
and did you try a fresh checkout of ffmpeg
