[Ffmpeg-devel] [bug] little endian detection broken

Hi,

Yes it makes no sense, yet when the following code
is present in the file endian detection fails (for me):

cat >$TMPE 2>>$logfile <<EOF
#! /bin/sh
EOF

The abort part works great- in this case the file is
created fine but it is causing issues later on.

patch/hack fix attached.
