You can use -DIF2 in my amrnb wrapper. It contains modified headers to
support both -DIF2 and -DVAD2. It is sufficient to do proper define
before including headers. In fact, ABI is different, but API is the same
(not counting the fact, that some functions are now macros).
Floating point variant can be prepared in the same way, but I did not
yet done it.
