New patch attached, based on Zuxy's, that adds a check_sighandler 
function for tests that might crash.
No "Segmentation Fault" message is output to stdout, so no more need for 
(check_exec) >$logfile 2>&1.
Also, Windows warning message removed.

ebx_enabled doesn't need to check for segfault. configure only check_ccs it.
