[FFmpeg-devel] any descriptions or document for FFMPEG architecture

Hi,
    I'm trying to build the library for our new video codec based on ARM SoC
into FFMPEG.
Is there any info or descriptions about how to add a new video codec library
to ffmpeg?
I tried googling it but most of the info is how to use ffmpeg instead of
developing.
