[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Silence warnings about NAL_SVC_NON_IDR in H264

Hi!

When watching EXQI, a HDTV program broadcasting in H264, with MPlayer,
this warning appears every few seconds:

[h264 @ 0x891c570]Unknown NAL code: 20 (18 bits)

Attached patch silences the warnings by ignoring these NALs.
