[FFmpeg-devel] [BUG] visual artifacts when playing FLV/H263

Hello,

I came across a FLV file today that gives visual decoding errors when played 
with ffplay:

BUG: observe visual artifacts in the bottom half of the video.

BTW, same artifacts seen with mplayer, the Linux Flash Plugin plays the video 
correctly:
