is actually not NSV as is,it's actually NSV in ultravox bitstream (
http://ultravox.aol.com/ )
http://www.stud.ktu.lt/~vitslav/vp5_artefacts.nsv.ultavox_free.nsv would be
without ultravox layer ;)
