[FFmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Ignore Ogg Skeleton Stream

hi,
ffmpeg detechts Ogg Skeleton streams as video and uses them instead of
the Theora stream.
Attached patch marks Skeleton streams as CODEC_TYPE_DATA, that way the
Theora stream is properly used as first video stream.
