the vorbis encoder encodes the standard regression test audio to different
bytestreams on PPC/x86_64 and x86_32 PPC and x86_64 differ only in 2 bytes
the difference to x86_32 was bigger but surprisingly all 3 decode to the
identical output of decoding is done on x86_32
if OTOH decoding is done on different architectures the outout differs alot
IMHO too much for mere rounding differences

also ive had to flip the sign to make encoder-decoder give non flipped
output, but i think the bug is in the (i)mdct as wma is affected too
