Yes, this is better i guess, and probably more end-user friendly. Just
specify the speakers you've got, and the lib does the best it can.
The channels should be interleaved in the same order as the their
respective channel bit position.
We lose the ability to specify 2channel surround downmix (as Justin
pointed out) and similar stuff, but that might be better to provide
in separate flags anyway.
