[Ffmpeg-devel] configure problem

Hello,
   
  I Got the latest ffmpeg and x264, both from svn. 
   
  I configured x264 to build a static library => make => make install
   
  When i try to configure ffmpeg package i got the following error:
   
  $ ./configure --disable-static --enable-shared --enable-x264 --enable-gpl --disable-protocols --disable-ffserver --disable-f
fplay --enable-memalign-hack --disable-encoders --disable-decoders --enable-encoder=MPEG4_ENCODER --enable-encoder=X264_ENCO
DER --enable-decoder=MPEG4_DECODER --enable-decoder=H264_DECODER --enable-encoder=SPEEX_ENCODER --enable-decoder=SPEEX_DECOD
ER --disable-muxers --disable-demuxers --disable-parsers --extra-ldflags=-mno-cygwin
   
   
  ERROR: x264 not found
If you think configure made a mistake, make sure you are using the latest
version from SVN.  If the latest version fails, report the problem to the
ffmpeg-devel at mplayerhq.hu mailing list or IRC #ffmpeg on irc.freenode.net.
Include the log file "config.err" produced by configure as this will help
solving the problem.
   
  if I remove the "--enable-x264" then everithing goes fine, but obviousvly won't work for me. 
   
  I'm using cygwin.
   
  Any idea ?
