Hi Leslie,

there is a decoder (see libavcodec/cavs*) but I was only able to test it
with the sample
clips provided at http://www.avs.org.cn/fruits
If you have other sample clips (especially some that do not work) or a
working encoder
or any documentation about AVS in English language I would be grateful
for anything
that can be made available.
