[Ffmpeg-devel] [PATCH] Various patches addressing warnings

I had Diego fixing some warnings and I'm going to add some more soonish

Basic logic:

- use mem* functions if you aren't really using char but (u)int8_t
- keep const usage coherent
- make sure the types are what the functions expect
