Ok, tomorrow I'll look at recovering the file from svn, putting a 
reasonable license header on it, and removing the updated version.

Well, I've not been discouraged: I just decided to respect the original 
author's decision (I know there might be a "legal" way to work around 
it, but I do not want to go against the author).

Sorry, I already had enough fun with licenses... Anyway, I'll try to
