as the titel says, the 2007 version is from this year. Exactly from 2007-07-01
You can say, it is brand new.   ;-)

One topic is the extension of the aspect ratio table.

Another changes are in the range of (E-1) to (E-33), where missing Clip1
operations were added as well as offset values are added to the color 
computations.

The Amendment 1:2007 has 7 pages.
