As a followup:
Fixed a stupid typo in that code, and re-uploaded the file, also fixed 
an incomplete comment.  Now that it works the way it's supposed to, it 
produced a very significant improvement in visual quality in the 
Switchblade codebase, I'd recommend trying it out in the FFMPEG port.

Also note that the changes to that function are only from the // 3.13 
comment to the end of the file, as well as some additional vars at the top.
