Yes, but it is not enough. The way things are done now is: -[av]codec look
in the table for the name, and store the codec ID in a variable. Later, the
codec ID is used to again lookup the codec in the table.

The problem is that the native Vorbis encoder and the libvorbis one,
although they have different names, use the same CODEC_ID_VORBIS.
