of course not, how could it, even if diego just added lib this would be
totally wrong, you dont even know if the string is 4 chars long or if
there are no unexpected matches
also any workaround MUST
* prefer an "mp3" codec if one exists over libmp3lame similarely for the
others
* be under #if LIBAVCODEC_VERSION_INT so we dont fill up the code with
such stuff
