[FFmpeg-devel] [roundup] Clean setup

I cleaned up the database and the template, there are some open issues
that will be addressed soon, I'd like to have you register and try to
use it ^^

I populate it with some issues related to roundup and git so we can see
how the first page looks.

I'm tempted to add an xml feed along the csv feed.
