[Ffmpeg-devel] ffmpeg build fixes

Hallo.

I am sending you several ffmpeg build fixes. They are valid for the
latest snapshot.

ffmpeg.uninitialized.patch: Fixes warning:
ffserver.c:4303: warning: 'acl.next' is used uninitialized in this function
Please review before applying.

ffmpeg.redefined.patch: Fixed lots of repeated compiler warnings.

ffmpeg-system-amr.patch: Changes the code to build AMR support with
system amr libraries from http://www.penguin.cz/~utx/amr
