Yes,

I disable everything....

--disable-encoders \
--disable-decoders \
--disable-demuxers \
--disable-muxers \
--disable-parsers  \

then enable each codec and parser specifically.  Neither CONFIG_AC3_PARSER
or CONFIG_AC3_ENCODER are enabled.

In any case disabling the parser and encoder should work to reproduce.
