The current fixed point version has some strange platform/arch stuff  
in typedefs.h that doesn't include code for OS X/Intel. I've tried  
working around it but it doesn't seem to build here because of the  
definition of 'round'. But the floating point versions do work, I'll  
send a patch for just those and updating the html instructions too if  
desirable.

By the way, Kostya's very kindly offered his assistance for  
libavcodec AMR NB so maybe I'll get things rolling on that again soon  
then we can ditch this stuff. Sorry it's taking me so long.
