I don't know at all. That's why I asked. :) It was just as easy to send
a patch as well.

Apparently rv10 in avi works, but it does so with or without my patch.

I can put it in demux_lavf.c, codec_bmp_tags[] if that's a better place.
 Either place works for mplayer (including the bug Compn pointed out).
