[FFmpeg-devel] Issue with Capture between SVN -r8222 and SVN -r8634

An issue seems to have occurred with the v4l capture code between these
revisions (and still exiists as of yesterday)

When ffmpeg starts encoding it resets the following values

Norm NTSC
Input Television

This is definitely occuring as shown by output of v4lctl list ie:

Output before is (snipped)

Norm PAL PAL
Input Composite Television


Norm NTSC PAL
Input Television Television

This results in either Green screen or horrendous picture if you change
settings after (input will change but not norm)

R8222 works fine
