It does. Well not directly, but fft.o needs it, else you get this error:

libavcodec.a(fft.o): In function `ff_fft_init':
fft.c:59: undefined reference to `ff_imdct_calc'

Ok, but mpegaudiodec is compiled unconditionnaly anyway.
If you want to make it complie conditionnaly, feel free :-)
