Obviously, it is not even compile-tested.

Since I do not see any other bad usages of perror() and ffmpeg compiles
fine here with avoid-perror.diff applied, I'll commit avoid-perror.diff
this afternoon (so, bktr users will need something like the attached
patch to build ffmpeg).
