[FFmpeg-devel] DCT

Hello everybody,

I'm starting a project for video watermarking using ffmpeg, but the
thing is that i can't find on the ffmpeg.c where you make a call for any
dct quantization, or for a function that does it. Can anyone help me by
just saying where is it called?
