[FFmpeg-devel] Importing swscale in git

I tried to look at swscale history and it starts as part of postproc
then it is moved 2 times in a separate directory.

Michael getting libswscale history is relatively simple and should cover
most of the useful stuff.

that means revisions starting from r18866 more or less.

Would that be acceptable for you?
