[FFmpeg-devel] Just a simple question about H.264 and SVC.....

Hi All,
I hope I am writing to the users group to ask this question. If this is
not the users group email address, please let me know, as this is the
first time I have written, and have just copied this email address
from an email I get from the users group.
I have a simple question. I have read that the FFMPEG group had a
project that was supposed to be funded by the Google Summer of Code.
This project was to add the
SVC features into the H.264 encoder/decoder logic for FFMPEG. Did that
project happen, and if so, how can I follow it's progress? The next
question is once I figure out
the progress of this project, how do I get some of the programmers
(myself and others) from my company involved in it's development, sample
code, testing....
Thanks, Rusty
