The video frame rate is 'game' dependent, and there doesnt seem to be any
way to identify it from the file header. You're going to have to force it
to watch your Wing Commmander videos...

On a related note I find that FFplay doesn't sync the audio/video
properly with the EA files. That said, FFmpeg is able to transcode
them perfectly. This is probably attributed to the way audio is
'chunked' in the EA file. I also notice that Mplayer complains
repeatedly with 'Frame too small!!' when trying to playback EA files.
