[FFmpeg-devel] [VOTE] Should Michael Nidermayer follow his own rules

Something I'd like clarified, is whether Michael Nidermayer should
follow the same rules he sets for others.

I have mainly three points in mind:

- Never knowingly commit sub-standard code.
- Never touch files maintained by others without posting a patch first.
- Never violate accepted policy, even when not personally agreeing.
