[FFmpeg-devel] How can I report bug

Hi developers,

         Sorry to disturb. I want to report a bug. I followed the
http://ffmpeg.mplayerhq.hu/bugreports.html but I can't access the bug
tracker https://zqundxe.mplayerhq.hu/zqundxe/ffmpeg.      

I have a H.264 clip which an be viewed by mplayer with libavcodec r14438
without reporting error, but failed with libavcodec svn
14863(2008.08.20)-reporting many errors. I found the problem is in
libavcodec since I did many tests with different svn reversion combination
of libavcodec and other parts of mplayer.

Could anyone tell me how can I submit the h.264 clip? thanks
