[FFmpeg-devel] Subversion upgrade

I'm currently in the process of installing Subversion 1.5.4 on mphq.
This will include dumping and reloading all the repositories.  During
each dump and reload cycle the repositories will be unavailable.  Please
bear with me while I work on this.  I don't expect any one repository to
be unavailable for longer than a half hour.  I will send a mail when I'm
finished with the process.
