1. read H.222
2. read H.264
3. open your favorite text editor
4. fix lavf/lavc more specifically the H.264 AVParser and related code
5. send patch

I belive there are people who tried 1. and 2. but we have not heared of
any of them again, i suspect they all went insane after finding out how
timestamps work in H.264
